Congratulations to our company on signing a contract with a Sichuan-based biotechnology company for the treatment of waste gas from distiller's grains drying.
At the beginning of the year, the company reached a cooperation agreement with a biotechnology company in Sichuan and signed a contract for the treatment of waste gas from the drying of distiller's grains, achieving a successful start. After two years of practical verification, the problems and risks we identified regarding the characteristics of the waste gas gradually emerged during implementation, affecting normal production. Our technology and services have won the trust and recognition of our clients, which is our mission to be a trusted environmental service provider.
The waste gas from the drying of distiller's grains is a high-temperature, high-humidity gas. Its main components include oxalic acid, ethanol, ethyl acetate, fusel oils, organic acids, esters, and possibly aldehydes and ketones, as well as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia, producing a sour, foul odor. Based on the characteristics of waste gas from the saponin and phenolic resin industries, and combined with the treatment objectives, we have developed a "spraying + wet electrostatic precipitator" treatment model, comprehensively considering the recycling and utilization of waste gas condensate to achieve energy efficiency and high performance.
