Working principle of integrated processing equipment
The integrated treatment device integrates cyclone sedimentation and shallow concentration technology. The integrated design treatment load has a maximum SS content of about 15%, a high sludge concentration, and a sludge discharge concentration of more than 25%. The entire operation process only requires the addition of solid preparations, and the effluent quality is excellent. The sludge can be directly sent to the vacuum belt conveyor for dehydration and external transportation, without the need to set up a separate sludge dehydration system.
