Product Details

LIC anaerobic reactor is a new type of anaerobic reactor after UASB and EGSB. The wastewater to be treated is pumped from the bottom of the reactor through an efficient water distribution system and mixed with anaerobic granular sludge. The LIC anaerobic reactor is composed of two UASB reactors stacked up and down in series. The height can reach 16~25m, and the height-to-diameter ratio is usually 4~8. It mainly consists of a water distribution area, a first reaction chamber, a second reaction chamber, and an internal circulation The system and water outlet area are composed of 5 parts, among which the internal circulation system is the core structure.

The unique internal circulation system of the LIC anaerobic reactor strengthens the mass transfer between organic matter and granular sludge, greatly increases the COD volume load, and shortens the hydraulic retention time while ensuring the removal effect. In fact, the LIC anaerobic reactor is a special gas-lifting reactor. Its lifting power comes from self-produced biogas. It does not require external forced circulation and saves energy consumption. The internal circulation system makes the actual water volume in the first reaction chamber larger than the inlet water volume, dilutes the incoming water, and enhances the impact resistance and acid-base adjustment capabilities. When treating the same wastewater, the volumetric load of the LIC anaerobic reactor is 3 - 4 times that of the ordinary UASB, and the required volume is only 1/4 - 1/3 of the UASB, saving infrastructure investment, and has a large height-to-diameter ratio, which requires less floor space. Small.
