Fenton fluidized bed reactor, also known as Fenton oxidation tower and Fenton reaction tower, is a necessary equipment for advanced oxidation of wastewater through Fenton reaction. On the basis of the traditional Fenton reaction tower, our company has developed the Fenton fluidized bed reactor with patented technology. This equipment uses the fluidized bed method to make most of the Fenton process produced adhere to the fluidized bed by crystallization or precipitation. The bed Fenton carrier surface can significantly reduce the amount of chemical sludge produced by the traditional Fenton method (the amount of H202 is reduced by 10% to 20%, the amount of Fe2 is reduced by 50%, 70%, and the amount of sludge is reduced by 40% ~ 50%). At the same time, the iron oxide formed on the surface of the carrier has a heterogeneous catalytic effect, and the fluidized bed technology also promotes the chemical oxidation reaction rate and mass transfer effect, effectively increasing the COD removal rate by 10% or 20%. Processing operating costs can be saved by 30% to 50%.
