Wastewater treatment project of Hebei Changtian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

The designed water volume of this project is 120m3/d, which is mainly wastewater from the cordyceps mycelium powder workshop, medicinal charcoal workshop, cordyceps wine workshop, and fructose calcium salt workshop. The "coagulation sedimentation + UASB + A/O + filtration" treatment process is used to improve the effluent quality. It meets the third-level standard requirements of Table 2 of "Water Pollution Discharge Standard for Fermentation Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB21903-2008) and Table 4 of "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996), and also meets the incoming water quality requirements of Yindingzhuang Sewage Plant.
