Fengyuan Group Yukang New Materials Co., Ltd. Production Wastewater Treatment Project

The designed water volume of this project is 500m3/d. The wastewater type is wastewater from the production of pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates. It adopts the "high temperature hydrolysis + ammonia nitrogen stripping + micro electrolysis + Fenton + IC + A/O" treatment process. The effluent water quality reaches the "Sewage Discharge into Towns" Sewer Water Quality Standards" (GB/T31962-2015). The wastewater contains tetrahydrofuran, hydrocyanic acid, imidazole, formaldehyde, and heterocyclics. The biodegradability of the wastewater is improved through micro-electrolysis + Fenton fluidized bed process.
